David Fish – Chairman of the Board of Directors
Chief Executive Officer, IMN

Dave Fish has over 20 years of leadership experience in electronic publishing, online marketing, data management, direct response, and database marketing. Previous positions include President/CEO of Avaki Corporation (now part of Sybase); Chief Operating Officer at Engage Technologies, Inc.; Engineering Director for the One Source data publishing division of Lotus Development Corp.; and Vice President of Systems for Epsilon, Inc. (now a unit of Alliance Data Systems). He has also been involved with several private ventures in electronic publishing, including Narrowcast Technologies, Context Media, and Rocket Science Software. He holds a B.S. degree in computer science and electrical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an M.S. in information sciences from Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Jeffrey Mesnik – Director
VP Business Development and Founder, IMN

Jeff Mesnik has over 15 years of sales, sales management and business development experience. Prior to co-founding IMN, Jeff’s previous positions include Global Product Marketing Manager for Axis Communications, where he was responsible for the launch of the Axis Web Camera Product Line and ParentNet applications. Jeff built the Web Camera line of business to a $5 Million annual revenue stream in two years. As Business Development Manager and Product Marketing Manager for Spirit Technologies, Jeff introduced new business opportunities and product lines that resulted in $10 Million in new annual revenue. Jeff holds a B.A. from Brandeis University.

Mike Pehl – Director
Managing General Partner, Northbridge Growth Equity

Previously, Mr. Pehl was a Partner at Advent International where he worked for 5 years and was actively involved in managing the technology portfolio. Mr. Pehl has deep growth equity experience as both an investor and an operator, and has served on the boards of 14 private and public technology companies. He gained broad operating experience as the former CEO of i-Cube, COO of Razorfish, the founder and CEO of ICS (an SAP implementation business), and a co-founder of SAP America.

John P. Murgo – Director

John P. Murgo recently headed up worldwide Finance and Administration and served as Secretary to Acronis.  During his tenure, Acronis became a high growth and profitable multinational software company where annual revenues grew from $20M to $120M.  Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of OpenService, Inc. and before that as Chief Financial Officer of Dirig Software.  He has held various roles at Process Software Corporation, or Process Software, including President and Chief Executive Officer and Vice-President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer.  He was also Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of HPSC Inc., a publicly traded company, and served as a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked with a number of public companies and reviewed SEC filings.  Mr. Murgo received a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley College and is a certified public accountant of inactive status.

Jean-Philippe Maheu – Director

Chief Digital Officer, Ogilvy North America

As Chief Digital Officer for Ogilvy North America, Jean-Philippe is charged with accelerating “digital” revenue growth and digital innovation at Ogilvy. He leads digital innovation for Ogilvy clients including Dove, IBM and Kraft. He is also responsible for recruiting and nurturing the best talent and strategic partners across the spectrum of the digital landscape, including mobile marketing, video, gaming, digital media, search and social media.

Jean-Philippe is the former chief executive officer of Razorfish, a leading web professional services company. He served as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School’s entrepreneurship program and is a member of the New York City Investment Fund.
